ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
AD&D benefits apply to employees and their families.
Should you lose your life due to an accident, your beneficiary will receive this tax-free benefit in addition to the basic Life Insurance.
Up to two times Basic Life Insurance (four times if paralysis).
Also, if you suffer paralysis, loss or loss of use of a body part, a percentage of your principal sum will be paid to you. Additional coverages are included within this benefit to help pay for unforeseen expenses due to an accidental injury.

EXTENDED HEALTH CARE

DENTAL
Dental coverage provides employees with a non-taxable benefit to lessen the burden of dental expenses.
Like the Health Care Plan, the Dental Plan can be designed by the employer to meet the company's budget. A much-appreciated benefit is that a dental plan can help attract, retain, and motivate employees.

VISION
Vision Care Plans is a non-taxable benefit for employees.
Designed to reimburse expenses for glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery to a maximum amount every two years. Annual eye exam coverage is also provided.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

Parachute Critical Illness Insurance is available in two packages, allowing employees to choose the protection that best fits their needs. Parachute Essential covers 7 adult conditions and 11 child conditions. Parachute Complete covers 32 adult conditions and 23 child conditions. It also has three benefits: Multiple Cancer Benefits, Multiple Event Coverage, and the Early Diagnosis Benefit.
